Our property management model arose out of our own needs to manage and safeguard our own properties. Collectively, we have over 100 years of experience in property management and single-family house acquisitions.

In 2013 alone, we rented over 200 houses and oversaw the rehab of over 200 homes. It’s our collective wisdom from past experiences, along with a growing, conscientious staff, that allows us to handle this volume of new inventory.

The property management business is exciting and challenging at the same time.
